What RentDesk is

A phone-first property tracker for small landlords: rent roll, expenses, repairs, leases and notes behind a per-person email-and-password sign-in. Records belong to your account and are visible only to the people you add to it. Operated by Fusion Data Company, 7908 Katella Way, Citrus Heights, CA 95621.

Plan and billing

$19 a month after a 14-day free trial, billed through Stripe. Manage billing and cancel in Settings or by emailing us; the plan runs to the end of the paid month. When your trial or paid access ends, editing stops. You can still view and export your records. Refunds are in the refund policy.

Your account

You create your account yourself at /signup and your records are yours from the first minute. Paid features are billed through Stripe; the 14-day trial needs no card.

Your sign-in

Each person signs in with their own email and password. Account owners manage access and roles. Keep your password private and revoke access when someone should no longer have it.

The voice office manager, where enabled

Some instances include Vera, an AI voice and text assistant that reads and changes your records on your instruction. She confirms deletions before doing them. You are responsible for what you tell her to do, and her transcripts are processed by ElevenLabs under its policy.

Your records

Tenant names, contact details, rent and repair history are your business records. We hold them to run your instance and for nothing else. Do not put in anything you are not entitled to keep about your tenants.

Availability and liability

RentDesk runs on Vercel and Neon. If either is down, so is your instance; we tell you what happened. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is the amount you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a payment you did not record.
